Dr. Felt is extremely knowledgeable in making an accurate diagnosis and has superior skill in treatment of all issues she encounters. She is often the vet for second opinions when another vet has been unable to successfully diagnose or treat a pet. She goes above and beyond with every veterinary pet she treats and is extremely popular within her community. She listens to her veterinary client's owners and will research an issue until she finds a solution. She consults with other practitioners and specialists if she encounters a difficult or unusual case. She is very giving of her time and is very humble. She has saved the life of more than one of my pets when others had given up. Dr Felt is the vet for Yorkshire Terrier National Rescue and often treats Yorkies when they first come into rescue who are terrified and confused. She is very patient and helps them feel safe and secure before she begins to examine and treat them. My dog loves her and will jump into her arms the minute she sees her. That says it all!

Dr. Felt is so gentle, kind, and loving with your pet. Never in a hurry, takes her time and talks to you and your pet(s). Daisy caught Lepto April 2013, was not able to keep down her food or her meds, then came she was diagnosed with Addison's Disease. It was really ruff, your pet not wanting to eat, take meds, do anything. Just laid and looks at you with the sad eyes. Dr. Felt never gave up on her even when the specialist said it could be cancer. Every 2 weeks we were testing blood, and after 9 months, Daisy finally had a regular blood work returned. Daisy has shots every 26 days and Daisy looks forward to seeing Dr. Felt. That says it all for me! After being poked and prodded for months, the dog still loves Dr. Felt.

Dr. Hodge and his team are the most compassionate people we have ever known. They've taken the best care possible of our little Chihuahua, Bailey for years. We recently had to let him go due to renal failure and they made the experience so unforgettable. Dr. Hodge treats your baby like they're his own, it's rare to find someone like him!

Dr. McCann is not your typical vet. Despite the fact that our dog weighs more than her she gets on the floor with him, allows him to kiss her, chew on her stethoscope, etc. She listens to our concerns and never pushes any treatment on us that we are uncomfortable with. There was a time last year that I lost my job

Dr. Felt is always ready to help all animals even when they are in the poorest conditions immagineable. She does wonderful work for Yorkshire Terrier National Rescue. We have gotten a few rescues that a lot of other vets would have given up on but she doesn't. She is a very warm hearted, caring vet and it shows in all she does. I know there are a lot of vets out there that are good but I feel that Dr. Felt is an exceptional vet and person. She deserves recognition for all she does for all animals.

Dr. Judy Morgan is our family veterinarian and I feel blessed every time I hear someone say I wish Dr. Judy Morgan was my vet. I wish she could be everyone's vet! She truly is EXACTLY what you see in her videos. VERY caring to her patients and us fur parents....and her sense of humor makes us giggle!! She is both a vet and a special friend. I will NEVER forget what she did for us when our Lakota Bear was going thru Osteosarcoma and how she was always there treating us like we were the only ones that she had on her schedule knowing that her schedule and appt. book was so very full 'or when our Tweety was in her last days on earth and she talked to me not only as a vet but a compassionate friend. Everything she does she does not for herself but for her clients and patients. Going out of her way to write books for our benefit answering questions from people she doesn't even know all across the world at extreme hours of the day or night. We love her to the moon and back!

My dog have liver shit down. Without Judy Morgan she would not have made it. Judy went over the food and nutrients for the esophageal feeding tube, tips for syringe meds and cleaning the line. She reciewed all the results from tests and pathologists reports, in detail reviewed all blood work, all meds, all amounts and changes in condition. She helped me stay calm, positive and was available at all hours for me and Jezzy. After Jezzy started eating on her own she helped formulate a good food with all the nutrients Jezzy needed. Two months later Jezzy's numbers started to get normal. She is my hero and goes Above and Beyond. She is brilliant, kind, professional and always makes the time. She is what all veterinarians should be! She is the light that kept me going.

Tuffy was a wonderful dog. He belonged to a Captain in the US Army, who a friend of our sons, and is currently deployed. We agreed to watch Tuffy during the year deployment. Tuffy became ill two months into his stay. His blood work revealed liver decease. Treatment costs was to start at 1,700.00 which was more then a soldier can afford. Dr. Mary Felt stepped in. She waived all her veterinarian fees so that money could be used to provide tests and medicine for the dog. At first it looked like Tuffy was going to win the battle. However he developed a complication from the medicine and we took him to an emergency clinic. The following morning Dr. Felt had us transport Tuffy to their clinic were she devoted two days trying to get the situation turned around. I was able to have Captain Dan and Dr. Felt communicate during this time. Captain Dan was heartbroken over his dog. So Dr. Felt called specialists and researched all options never giving up. She went above and beyond her vet duties while never charging the serviceman her fees. Unfortunately Tuffy died while receiving treatment. Dr. Mary Felt held him during this time. She cried right along with me. The soldier knew Tuffy received the best possible care. We will all be forever grateful for the care and compassion she administered to us all.

I'm nominating Dr. Judy Morgan because I have never met a more caring, knowledgeable, concerned, pleasant and available Vet in my life. I have 3 shih Tzu's 2 of them have had medical issues that Dr. Morgan helped improve with diet change and a low dose antibiotic. My middle dog had terrible liver disease and with diet change the liver healed and ultrasound revealed a normal liver after 2 previous ultrasounds revealing horrible liver disease. She definitely cares deeply for all her clients and their parents it's such a nice feeling when in the past I've been talked down to by other Vets much closer to my home. I drive approximately an hour each way to bring my dogs for well or sick visits but I would never think of changing. Hence, my newest 5 month old puppy's name is "Morgan". I hope you will consider Dr. Judy Morgan as she is a very well deserved Vet for this contest. Thank you.
